Commercial adaptive reuse project consisting of over 11,000 SF of retail space in the heart of Mauldin, SC. Formerly a Rite Aid pharmacy, Parker Group transformed the vacant building into a vibrant retail center with two popular restaurants and two retail businesses. Located on a prominent corner within the City of Mauldin’s designated “City Center” redevelopment zone, Maverick Station was the critical first step in the City of Mauldin’s City Center master plan.
