Originally born in Atlanta, Georgia, Brett moved to Greenville, SC to attend Furman University in 2005. He fell in love with Greenville and decided to pursue a career locally. He got connected with Drew as he was just getting the Parker Group started which got him interested in real estate. He had always loved working with others and found real estate to be a natural fit for his personality and love for Greenville. He loves spending time with his friends and family. Brett has a wife, a 3 year old son, and another baby on the way this fall. He likes to stay active and involved in the community by working with local non profit, going to church, and playing in various sports leagues.

Are you a dog or a cat person?Definitely a dog person. I have always been allergic to cats and have grown up with a dog my whole life. I actually am opposite of most guys in that I love small dogs. I grew up with a Maltese and currently have a mini golden doodle.
If you could travel to any country in the world, where would you go and why?I would want to go to Bora Bora in the French Polynesian. I have always dreamed of staying in a resort with the huts out over the crystal clear water. Seems like it would be the perfect relaxing getaway.
Who is your favorite sports team? This is a tough one. I am always Supporting my Furman Paladins but I grew up going to South Carolina games and pulling for the Gamecocks in all sports. Go Cocks and Go Paladins!
What is your favorite Greenville attraction?I really love the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I enjoy being able to bike all around Greenville and even head out to Travelers Rest and explore the breweries and restaurants you can find along the trail.
What is your favorite Greenville restaurant?Smoke on the Water. They have incredible bbq, prime rib, and smoked wings. You can’t go wrong with any of their sides and it is always a great atmosphere.
Favorite part of your job?Getting to help people realize their dream of owning a home. I love the joy it brings others to find that place to call home. Its fun getting to play HGTV in real life but the people I get to know along the way make it all worth it.
Best real estate advice you’ve ever been given? Location. Location. Location. Luckily for us, Greenville is full of great locations to find your next home. Understanding the differences in what to expect from Downtown to Simpsonville to Mauldin really makes the job that more fun and exciting. Markets can change a lot over just a few miles. Learning the nuances of each location has always been something that I have enjoyed and is extremely important in understanding value and potential return on investment.
