Susan Fischer’s favorite part of being a real estate agent is having the chance to connect with people on a daily basis. Naturally outgoing and caring, Susan makes a point to learn all she can about her clients in order to make this transitional time in their lives easier and more enjoyable. She considers herself a “fixer” and views the challenge of helping to find the perfect home or buyer as part of solving the puzzle for her clients.
Susan also truly loves houses…and enjoys showing homes and exploring the design, character, and architecture unique to each property. She has bought and sold five homes and has built two! Not only does Susan understand the process and stress that goes along with being a buyer or seller….she knows what to look for regarding the structural integrity of a home and can offer valuable insight on new construction or if you’re renovating.
Proactive and responsive to her clients’ needs, Susan is able to pull from a trusted network of architects, lenders, attorneys, interior designers and contractors she’s worked with over the years. Plus, her market knowledge and connections are extensive: she’s lived in many different areas of Greenville since moving here from Ohio in 2006. With three school-age children – one in elementary, middle, and high school, – she understands how important it is to find just the right place to raise your family.
